Dermot O'Leary is engaged to his long-time girlfriend

The X Factor host's news was announced byCaroline Flack and Olly Murs live on The Xtra Factor on Saturday night during a segment in
which O'Leary had to guess which famous movie scenes the X Factor contestants
were re-enacting.
O'Leary wouldn't give his final answer in the quiz to the
prevent the presenters from having time to reveal his news. However, try as he
may, at the end of the segment, Flack shouted: "We want to
congratulate you... on your engagement!"
When asked by Murs why he had taken so long to propose to Koppang, who he has been dating for 10 years, O'Leary answered: "Well, you don't want to rush these things." After hundreds of fans tweeted Dermot their congratulations, the presenter wrote on the social networking site: "Thanks for all the tweets tonight. Very lucky boy."
