Her golden girl! Beyoncé clads Blue Ivy in precious metal booties for a stroll in Manhattan

For a princess born to a true musical throne, what else could be placed upon her feet... other than golden booties?
And that's just what little Blue Ivy was wearing as her mother walked her around Manhattan in the early Spring sunshine today.  Tucked up in her Baby Bjorn, the two-month-old baby was safe and warm as she discovered the streets of the city she'll soon call home.

The only hint of her mother's fabulous stage presence were those sparkling Little Marc Jacobs Baby Mouse shoes which dangled from Blue's warm cocoon, hinting at the fabulous outfits to come.

She was fashionable even in the final stages of her pregnancy, so it isn't a shock that Beyoncé  could turn a baby sling into a sensational accessory. Yesterday the 30-year-old singer took Blue for a stroll around New York City today with her mother, Tina Knowles.

She's been giving her beloved high heels a rest in recent weeks, and taken to wearing a flattering sort of footwear.
It isn't easy to stroll in sky-high stilettos, which is why Beyoncé  wore a pair of black leather penny loafers for her walk around her neighbourhood of TriBeCa yesterday, and a pair of Charlotte Olympia Kitty flats today.

Yesterday she looked glam in a black tuxedo blazer, enormous gold hoop earring and oversized glamorous shades, and the former Destiny's Child star opted for muted tones today.
