Chris Brown has worn a hoodie in solidarity for
slain Florida teen Trayvon Martin. Tweeting a picture with a group of men
wearing hoodies Tuesday, Brown wrote "Trayvon Martin."
Brown is one of many celebrities who have reacted to the troubling murder of the Florida teen shot walking to his father's home in Sanford, Florida.
A song was released Tuesday in support of Martin. Led by Chaka Khan, the re-recording of "Super Life," with the message "Fear Kills. Love Heals," featured Eric Benet, Luke James, Kelly Price and more.
NBA athletes and churches have also paid respect to Trayvon Martin donning hoodies in solidarity during games and services over the weekend.
Monday marked the one-month anniversary of Trayvon Martin's killing. The
unarmed black teenager was shot dead by neighbourhood watchman George
Zimmerman, who claims he shot the boy in self-defence under Florida's controversial "stand your
ground" law. Zimmerman has not been arrested.
Four
weeks on, the story continues to grip America as new details dribble out daily
and questions remain unanswered.
