Yep! Drake’s biggest fan wants everyone to know!! This picture was going around and most took it as a joke!  Vice Mag tracked down the tattoo artist responsible for this…. Kevin Campbell says he had no idea who Drake was and although she came in pretty high, she insisted she wanted this done!! If I was Drake I would be very scurrrred!!
