Tulisa partied with Max George just days after he confirmed his engagement was off.
The 'X Factor' judge spent seven hours drinking with The Wanted singer - who recently admitted he no longer plans to marry 'Coronation Street' actress Michelle Keegan - in Los Angeles while the boy band toured in the US, and the 23-year-old hunk was being ''pretty flirty'' with the N-Dubz star.
Tulisa invited Max and his fellow bandmate Jay McGuiness - who make up the 'Glad You Came' group with Tom Parker, Nathan Sykes and Siva Kaneswaran - back to her penthouse for an ''after-hours party''.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: ''Tulisa has been friends with The Wanted guys for ages and they were all out in Los Angeles at the same time.
''After watching their gig, the gang all met up afterwards. They ended up going to a really cheesy gay bar and necking shots into the early hours of the morning.
''From there, Tulisa invited Max, Jay and a few other friends back to her gorgeous penthouse for an after-hours party.
''Max thinks Tulisa is absolutely gorgeous. He was being pretty flirty, just as Jay was getting it on with one of her brown-haired chums.
''Everyone slept over at the apartment that night but Max and Tulisa were never alone at any stage.''
Following the end of Max and Michelle's engagement, the signer is said to be keen to ''have some fun''.
The source added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: ''Max is in one of the hottest boy bands around and is still only 23.
''He just wants to have some fun and not be tied down.''
But Michelle's representative has insisted the pair are still in a relationship, despite scrapping plans to marry.
