Very late last night, Kanye debuted a new track, "Theraflu," which included the rap, "Only n***a I got respect for is Wiz/ and I admit I fell in love with Kim/ around the same time she fell in love with him."
And as the Web was buzzing with Kanye's love confession, the two stars took their romance public by enjoying a nice lunch date together today.

Kanye and Kim dined at Serafina in NYC. Kim dressed in sexy black leather pants for the date and couldn't hide a smile as she left the restaurant. The two were photographed leaving separately, but reportedly got in the same car.
As OK! previously reportedly, now that Kim Kardashian has split from Kris Humphries she's been seen spending more time with Kanye.
