Jennifer Hudson showed off her caring side over Christmas (11) by hosting a toy giveaway for children in honour of her late nephew.
The Spotlight hitmaker was joined by her sister Julia, fiance David Otunga and son David Jr. as she handed out hundreds of gifts at Drake School in her home city of Chicago, Illinois.
Hudson dedicated the giveaway to her seven-year-old nephew Julian, who was killed along with her mother and brother in 2008.
Julian's mother Julia says, "It feels good to see something positive, and then this helps keep Julian's legacy going."
