The New York City night out had the couple all dressed up as Mariah sported a dark purple mini dress and strappy black heels while Nick looked dapper in a tan suit with bright sneakers to match.
While posing together on the red carpet, the Hollywood lovebirds can be seen showing off a one of a kind pair of sneakers, which is what Project Canvas is all about.
Project CAN Visually Achieve Success gives people a way to design and make their own pair of shoes any way they would like while encouraging individuality and personality.
Per the charity’s website, this idea was “founded upon the principal that within every person lies a wealth of creativity. It is a project that set out to empower youth and young adults across the world to believe in themselves. People are inspired by Project C.A.N.V.A.S to treat life as a canvas upon which they have the power to create their own masterpiece.”
