Miley Cyrus: 'There's No Trouble In Paradise'

Miley Cyrus has dismissed rumours of personal problems after she posted sad song lyrics on her Twitter.com page over the holidays.

The singer/actress changed her profile on the social networking website to include the words "I am human and I need to be loved. Just like everybody else does."

The lyrics are from The Smiths' song How Soon Is Now? and the posting sparked gossip about trouble in the star's personal life, but Cyrus is adamant her message didn't have a hidden meaning.

In a series of posts on the site, she writes, "My bio is a song by The Smiths. One of my favourites You should check it out. There's no trouble in paradise. I am so happy and so loved. But it is true. I am human and I need to be loved. Just like all 4,108,281 of you (Twitter followers). It's xmas make sure everyone you love knows how much."

Drake Shocked By Fan's Forehead Tattoo

Rapper/singer Drake was left aghast when he found out a fan had tattooed his name across her forehead and he has criticised the man behind the needle for agreeing to the unusual request.

Pictures of the woman, who has the word 'Drake' inked on her face, hit the internet earlier this month (Dec11) and the star was asked about it during an interview with Power 106 radio host Mando Fresko.

Drake admitted he was shocked by the picture and wants to meet the young lady to find out why she went to such dramatic lengths to declare her support.

He says, "I want to meet her and understand why and what happened. That's cool though; I feel you 100 per cent. To me that is absolutely incredible."

However, Drake is not happy with the tattoo artist who agreed to ink the large image on the woman's face.

He adds, "The guy who tatted (tattooed) it is a f**king a**hole though, I will tell you that. I don't f**k with that guy! F**k you to that tattoo artist by the way because you're an a**hole for real. You should lose your job and never do tattoos again..."

William and Kate Attend Homeless Charity Event in London

Prince William and wife Kate stepped out Wednesday night to share and give back to the Centrepoint homeless charity in south London which William's mother, the late Princess Diana strongly supported.

Kate Middleton dressed casually in a hunter green turtleneck dress by Ralph Lauren, and a wide black belt clinching her tiny waist, paired with black tights and knee-high black suede at the charity event. While William wore corduroy and a royal blue pullover sweater.

The couple also took part in a session on healthful cooking and attend a talent show at the charity, which helps homeless young people. Kate and William donned white Centrepoint aprons and baked mince pies for the residents.

The national charity Centrepoint provides housing and support to improve the lives of homeless young people aged 16 to 25. Prince William famously spent the night on the streets of London in 2009 Christmas to deepen his understanding of homelessness. Well done to the couple.

'I didn't want to gain weight': Jennifer Hudson reveals why she turned down the meaty title role in Precious

Jennifer Hudson could have had two Academy Award nominations under her belt, if only she hadn't turned down the title role in Precious. 

The 30-year-old writes in her new book 'I Got This: How I Changed My Ways and Lost What Weighed Me Down' that she turned down a chance to read for the plum role for weight reasons.

Jennifer Hudson revealed she turned down the title role in Precious because she didn't want to pack on weight to play the abused single mum.

Fresh off her Oscars victory in Dreamgirls, director Lee Daniels approached the singer/actress and asked her to consider playing Precious - but she wasn't interested.

In her new memoir I Got This: How I Changed My Ways and Lost What Weighed Me Down, Hudson writes, "As much as I was moved by this film, I wanted to try a role that had nothing whatsoever to do with my weight."

Newcomer Gabourey Sidibe eventually won the role as Precious, while Hudson became a weightloss icon and WeightWatchers spokesperson.

Kanye West Remembers Haiti Earthquake Survivors At Christmas

Hip-hop superstar Kanye West has asked fans to keep the victims of the Haitian earthquake in their memories over the festive season as "people are still suffering".

Thousands were left homeless following the devastating tremor, which struck the region in January, 2010, and West has called on his followers to remember those less fortunate as they celebrate the holidays - because many Haitians are still struggling to adapt to life after the tragedy.

In a series of Twitter.com posts on Christmas Day (25Dec11), the Stronger hitmaker wrote, "Even though Haiti isn't in the news as much the issues are still there. Little has changed. People are still suffering.

"Many Haitians fled as refugess (sic) to the Dominican Republic in despiration (sic) to help there (sic) families back in Port Au Prince... this only compounded the suffering. As we count our blessings, let us not forget the on going struggles of the people of Hispaniola."

Meanwhile, West spent the day cheering on his hometown basketball team, the Chicago Bulls, as they faced off against the Los Angeles Lakers in one of the Nba season-opening fixtures.

He tweeted, "Merry Christmas : ) It's been an amazing year... Bulls Win... Went to the game with my dad ... took pics with Arnold Schwarzenegger ... this is a dope Christmas : )))"

The rapper wasn't the only star celebrating the National Basketball Association's season kick-off - director Spike Lee, comedian Chris Rock, actress Julianne Moore and singer Alicia Keys and her producer husband Swizz Beatz sat courtside as the New York Knicks beat the Boston Celtics, while Lil Wayne, Megan Fox and her husband Brian Austin Green were present for the Bulls/Lakers game.

Pippa Middleton: Christmas With the Royal Family!

Obviously, Kate Middleton will be spending the holidays with her new husband and his royal family. Because it's her first Christmas away from home, the Queen mum and company have made an exception to their usual "royalty only" policy and will permit Kate's sister, Pippa Middleton, to join her at Buckingham Palace.

Not only will Pippa be around on the big day to unwrap the royal presents and get drunk on the royal egg nog, she'll also join Will and Kate on Boxing Day (the day after Christmas) for the family's annual pheasant hunt, which is apparently a big deal. In the past, the hunt was only open to members of the Royal Family and their spouses, plus the sight of Pippa firing a rifle should be incredibly hot.

The British tabloids are also all a twitter over the fact that Pippa and Prince Harry will be spending the night under the same roof.
