Kris Humphries Could Be Suing Kimmy For The “Emotional Distress” She Caused Him!!
If
he wants to get paid, he’s going to have to find an angle, because Kimmy’s
Lawyers got that prenup tighter than new prison inmate booty.
Kris Humphries will not get any money by fighting Kim Kardashian's attempt to divorce him -- but if he really wants to fight, there is something he can do to try and score millions from KK.

connected with both Kris and Kim say ... there is no point in challenging the
prenup -- it's iron-clad and both sides know it. Fact is, if Kris gets
his way and has the marriage annulled based on fraud, that would mean there was
never a marriage and as a result he would have NO CLAIM to any of Kim's
earnings during their 72 days of bliss because no marriage would have existed.
Experts have been poked
around what Kris might be able to do to score some cash, if he really wanted to
do that. The only plausible scenario is if Kris files a claim against Kim
for intentional infliction of emotional distress based on fraud. If he
could prove Kim used him as a disposable groom for her reality show -- he could
get monetary damages.
So, you ask, what
would his monetary damages be? Well how 'bout this? If Kris sucks
during the lockout shortened BBall season and gets cut from the Nets -- which
is a possibility -- he could blame the distractions on his disastrous marriage
and try to sock Kim for the money he'd be out. Kris pulls in $3.2 mil a
year.
Here's the
deal. We know Kris is really hurt and feels he was used by Kim. The
question -- does he have the stomach to sue her in civil court. And
there's this -- the likelihood of Kris winning is about as great as Harvey
Levin replacing him on the Nets.
MATHEW KNOWLES is back with new girl group
Mathew Knowles’ new group, “From Above”, have issued their first music video. ‘Not the Same Girl’ will appear on the quintet’s ‘Breaking From Above’ debut album, which will arrive in UK stores on December 12th.
So not only did From Above imitate Beyonce’s vocal stylings during the ‘Not the
Same Girl’ but they copied her ‘Single Ladies’ hand dance as well? Perhaps they were
simply paying homage to one of their favourite acts but that is not a good sign
for the direction of their careers as Mathew is obviously trying to recreate
the spark of his daughter and Destiny’s Child.
Hopefully, From Above will eventually find their own sound and
establish themselves as viable acts. If not then they will be doomed like most
of Music World’s artists.

It's finally here! The music video for Justin Bieber's Christmas duet with Mariah Carey, "All I Want For Christmas Is You" has hit the web, and it looks like Mariah didn't want to let the Biebs steal the show, as she nearly upstaged him with her super sexy Santa costume!
It’s been 17 years since we
first heard Mariah Carey belt
out “All I Want For Christmas” in 1994, and she’s proved that she’s got some
staying power. In 2011, Mariah teamed up with Justin
Bieber to
rerelease the track as a duet, and she couldn’t help but show off her new
post-baby body in a sexy Santa suit. Mariah was only 24-years-old when she
sported the form-fitted red and white getup in her original music
video, and at 41, she showed up with bells on (literally) for her video with
Bieber.
In the video, which was shot entirely at Macy’s Herald Square (product placement!), Mariah wears one of her most
revealing santa ensembles yet and maybe the cutest? See below for the video.

of the BBC Radio 1Xtra Live 2011 tour at London Brixton
Academy on Thursday (Dec. 1). During her headlining gig, the sexy diva performed
her solo hits and brought out a couple special guests.

medley and delivered new material from her newly released album Here I Am, including the No. 1
smash “Motivation.”
R&B singer Luke James joined her for
“All of the Night” and she connected with Big Sean on the Hit-Boy-produced single“Lay It on Me.”

NICKI MINAJ HONORED WITH BILLBOARD ‘RISING STAR’ AWARD
Nicki Minaj busted out the blonde during an appearance earlier
today in New York City to accept her Billboard “Rising Star” Award.
The Harajuku Barbie, who was recently
nominated for Best New Artist for the 2012 Grammy Awards, showed off a crimped
wig with tight bangs across her forehead, flowing lashes and a black dress
accented by white straps.
“I am deeply honored to be recognized by
Billboard,” said the rapstress in a statement.
“My nation of Barbz and I have come a mighty long way-yet we are nowhere close
to where God will take us. Sit back and enjoy the ride.”

just released her teaser single “Roman in
Moscow,” possibly off

KRIS HUMPHRIES I Can't Handle Divorce
Sources directly connected to Kris tell us ... the BBaller has deep-seeded feelings -- rooted in religion -- against divorce. He's filed for an annulment because it wipes the slate clean by erasing the marriage.
If the judge refuses to grant an annulment, we've learned Kris will then ask for a legal separation that will extend indefinitely. He feels even though an indefinite separation would preclude him from marrying again, it's preferable to divorce.
The legal experts we've spoken with say ... unless Kris can prove with "clear and convincing evidence" Kim defrauded him into marrying her ... the judge will almost certainly grant her divorce petition.
In California and most states, it only takes one to UN-tango.
